Reply to Ulrika Mårtensson
It would be slightly more productive if Ulrika Mårtensson would employ the necessary academic integrity. On the 24/7 Norway mass murder I actually recycled an article from Froward, an American Jewish Magazine.
I guess that if a Jewish magazine is entitled to be critical of Israelis boasting over the Breivik Massacre, we are, at least, entitled to quote it doing so.
Mårtensson could also do with a bit of precision. In my talk and in my writing I make a clear distinction between Jews- the people, Judaism -the religion, and Jewishness-the ideology. There is indeed no doubt that the Talmud contains some vile racist elements. I would advise Mårtensson to read the Late professor Israel Shahak on the matter. Yet, I stop short of suggesting that the Talmud is at the root cause of Jewish ideological problem. As we all know, Torah Jews ( here, and here) are the most dedicated Jewish collective to support Palestine. In my writing, I actually identify Jewish secular ideology as the core of the problem, for it lacks a lucid body of ethical and universal thought.
